Terms of service

By creating an account and using seotudong.com, you agree to the terms below.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.

1. The service

seotudong.com provides SEO automation tools: finding keyword opportunities, creating content with AI, publishing articles to your website, requesting indexing and tracking rankings for websites you own or are authorized to manage. We may change or add features and will notify you when a change significantly affects how you use the service.

2. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for your right to use the connected website and Google account, for keeping your login email secure, and for the content published to your website (including when Autopilot is on). You will not use the service to publish illegal or fraudulent content, infringe the rights of others or send spam.

3. AI-generated content

Articles are generated by AI models from Search Console data, public web sources and your tone settings. Automated checks run, but we do not guarantee that every fact is accurate; you should review articles before publishing. You own the articles created in your workspace. We do not promise any specific ranking on Google.

4. Plans and payment

The Starter plan is free and comes with one-time gift credits. Paid plans are prepaid for periods of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (30 days per month), paid by VietQR bank transfer and activated automatically once the bank confirms the exact amount and reference. Plans do not auto-renew; renewing while a plan is active adds the days of the purchased period; switching plans while active converts the value of the remaining days to the new plan. Switching to another plan while active starts a new period, and the remaining days are not added on top. When a plan expires, the workspace returns to the Starter plan and its data is kept. Paid plans grant credits every 30-day period; plan credits and purchased top-up credits accumulate in your wallet and do not expire when the plan ends. International payment (PayPal) is not available yet; customers outside Vietnam can contact us to arrange payment.

5. Refunds

Because an activated plan can be used immediately, we do not refund unused time, except when a system fault prevents you from using the service during the paid period. If a transfer has the wrong reference or an excess amount, contact hotro@seotudong.com with your order code to reconcile and refund the difference.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running continuously but are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions or changes by Google, WordPress or infrastructure providers. Our maximum liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service, delete a website or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notifying you by email.
